DELICIOUS is the first thing that comes to mind here. Perfect wine for the warm days of summer. Kristin, the winemaker, described the wine as if a Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc had a one night stand and that’s a perfect description. Lemon zest, lime, some green apple. Some nice texture/roundness to it from the neutral oak aging and beautifully balanced by a lively, crisp acidity. “Crushable” as my wife Chelsey likes to call it .
